Jace

Jace is our Inbound Customer Support Specialist. He uses state-of-the-art Artificial Intelligence and bespoke knowledge base that the Assassin Team has created. This all combines with our service provider and allows Jace to answer many of your questions over the phone.

Jace is constantly being update and learns from every interaction. We're currently working with him to give him access to our booking software, it's our hope that he'll eventually be able to do booking calls for us. Of course we're not looking to replace the option to speak with a real person, we just want to make sure you can always reach a knowledgeable, friendly voice...and Jace never sleeps.
