Policies
That depends on what your reason for emailing us is. If you have a question about a booking you can email the Booking Office. If on the other hand you're looking to get a hold of somone in the Office, we have a dedicated email for that. Britt is our Executive Administrative Assistant, and Buzz is the Chief Entertainment Officer.

Yes! For audiences of up to 300 people, we can provide a complete sound and lighting setup.
If your venue is providing the tech, we require the following:
One wireless handheld microphone.
One over-the-ear wireless microphone (or an input for our own headset, which requires two XLR, two 1/4", or one of each).
Audio accessibility via Aux or USB-C for show music and effects.
To secure your event date, we require a non-refundable retainer of $200 or 20% of the total booking fee, whichever is greater.
The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than one week prior to the performance.
We offer several convenient ways to pay, including:
Online: via our secure payment portal.
Phone: for quick credit/debit processing.
Mail: for checks or money orders.
