Prize Schedule & Drawing Dates

To maintain the integrity of the game and ensure a fair "kill," the following rules apply to all participants:

One Entry Per Person: Participants are limited to one (1) entry per person, per specific giveaway drawing.
Disqualification: Any attempt to circumvent this rule—including but not limited to the use of multiple email addresses, alias names, bot software, or "burner" accounts—will result in immediate disqualification from the current giveaway and a permanent ban from all future Assassin Entertainment LLC promotions.
Legal Age: Participants must be of legal age within their jurisdiction to receive and own the specific game edition being awarded.

We value your time and ours. If your name is drawn, we will initiate a high-priority contact sequence. You will receive:

One (1) Official Phone Call placed from 833-464-2899 (strictly provided that a valid phone number was submitted during entry).

Note: We are not responsible for emails caught in "Spam," "Junk," or "Promotions" folders, nor are we responsible for missed calls due to "Silence Unknown Callers" settings. It is the participant's responsibility to whitelist our contact info.

The clock starts the moment the email is sent and the call is placed.

The Forfeiture: If no contact is established within this 24-hour window, your claim to the prize is permanently terminated. Assassin Entertainment LLC will immediately proceed to select an alternate winner using the same protocols.

Once a winner has successfully claimed their prize, the fulfillment process begins:

Fulfillment Speed: Your prize will be dispatched within 48 hours of receiving a validated shipping address.

The Validation Process: Every address must pass through our third-party shipping carrier’s validation system.

Address Discrepancies: If an address fails to validate, we will make one (1) single attempt to contact you for a correction.

The Backup Plan: If a valid shipping address cannot be confirmed following the correction attempt, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to the next potential winner in line.

No Purchase Necessary: A purchase of any kind will not increase your chances of winning.

Non-Transferable: Prizes are awarded "as is." They cannot be transferred, assigned, or exchanged for cash value.

Liability Release: By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Assassin Entertainment LLC, its staff (including Brit and Kat), and its affiliates from any and all liability, loss, or damage incurred with respect to the awarding, receipt, possession, and/or use or misuse of any prize.

Publicity: Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Assassin Entertainment LLC to use the winner's first name and general location (City/State) for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Void Where Prohibited: This giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
