Irrevocable Grant of Rights (In Perpetuity)

I hereby grant Assassin Entertainment LLC and its agents, employees, and assigns the absolute and irrevocable right and permission to photograph, film, and/or audio record me during the hypnosis performance. These rights are granted in perpetuity (forever) and apply worldwide, across all media platforms now known or hereafter developed. I understand that this grant is non-revocable.

Use of Likeness and Identity

I understand that Assassin Entertainment LLC may use my identifiable likeness, face, and voice for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to promotional materials, social media, and commercial productions. Assassin Entertainment LLC further reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to utilize recorded Media of my participation in an obscured or anonymous format (such as blurring my face) without my further consent or notification.

No Compensation

I agree that I will receive no financial compensation, royalties, or residuals for the use of my likeness, voice, or performance in the Media, regardless of how the Media is edited or distributed, now or in the future.

Release of Liability

I release Assassin Entertainment LLC from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action regarding the use of the Media, including but not limited to claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of moral rights.

Acknowledgment of Participation

I acknowledge that my participation in the show is entirely voluntary. I represent that I am at least 18 years of age or that I am the legal parent or guardian of the participant named below and have the legal authority to sign this release on their behalf.
