Advanced Access: Assassin Entertainment LLC will require access to the event location at least one hour before guest arrival or show start time whichever is earlier.
Damaged Equipment:
The client(s) will be held responsible for damage to our equipment directly resulting from the conduct of all persons attending the event — such as liquid spillage on any of the electronics or knocking over speakers, lights or the table or in the case of theft or damage (due, but not limited, to fire, flood, or earthquake). If Assassin Entertainment LLC judges the weather during the course of the Event to be inclement and thus unsafe, they reserve the right to cease operations for the safety of the equipment and of the Event’s attendees, in which case no refund will be given. Client(s) are welcome to examine all equipment to know the current state and condition prior to the event. Damage caused by “what a reasonable person” would consider “normal” wear and tear will not be assessed to you.
Cancellations & Rebooking:
If the event is canceled by you for any reason within thirty (30) days of the event, the full balance due will be required. No exceptions. Cancellations prior to thirty (30) days may receive all payments back, excluding deposit. If an acceptable rebooking day is established and agreed upon by both parties within three hundred and sixty-five (365) calendar days, then an additional deposit may be required to secure the date, and a new agreement will be drafted for the then current pricing schedule; with all payments made to date, less a two hundred and fifty ($250) dollar rebooking fee being applied to the new agreement.
Lighting Effects Warning:
You are responsible for informing your guests that party lasers and strobe-like lighting effects may be utilized during the event which may cause epileptic side effects in those who are susceptible, unless these effects are requested not to be used at least thirty (30) days prior to the event. Assassin Entertainment LLC will not be held liable for any damage caused by the use of party lasers and strobe-like lighting effects.
Insurance:
Assassin Entertainment LLC will add you as an Additional Insured on their policy and that documentation may be found on the Assassin Drive. This should only act as an additional safety net for you, and you should have your own insurance.
Promotional Material/Marketing:
Assassin Entertainment LLC reserves the right to review all promotional material that the client wishes to provide and promote, and will submit proper notice to the client with an approval or denial of the promotional material including but not limited to physical material, digital content, recorded content, and audio promotional material. Assassin Entertainment LLC will provide promotional videos found on the website, along with digital content, and a downloadable pdf document that may be printed. All material downloaded and used must be printed in full color. Assassin Entertainment LLC will create the digital events on social media websites and will add the venue, or event host as a co-host for the event when the event is open to the public. If your event is private or limited to select persons, then Assassin Entertainment LLC will provide all resources needed to your internal promotion related to the entertaiment services we're providing.
Use of Likeness
Assassin Entertainment LLC reserves the right to use any media collected by us, our affiliates, or any media sent to us, or that we are tagged in for use in future promotions whether express permission has been obtained by you or your guest. Assassin Entertainment LLC will make this clear at the beginning of the show, however, we do ask that you make your guests aware of this as well. Assassin Entertainment LLC may record your show and offer it for purchase on our website once the final video is edited by our production team.
